A growth mindset is something that everyone should trying to do. When you have a good growth mindset, you see negative experience as a learning experience to better yourself. Just having that thought process will make your life a lot easier and less stressful. When you start accepting your failures, you allow yourself to grow into a better person. You can even use the experiences that you learned to help others achieve the goals that they want.
